But hey, sometimes the fit just isn’t the one. We get it. No drama, just exchanges.
Exchanges
3-day window: You have 3 days from delivery to request an exchange.
Not just size swaps: Want a different style or color instead? Go for it.
Shipping fee: A small fee of ₹150 covers reverse pickup + reshipping.
Keep it fresh: Items must be unwashed, unworn, unperfumed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Quality check first: We’ll pick it up, check it, and then ship your new piece.
Out of stock? If your pick isn’t available, we’ll reach out and figure something better for you.

How to Request an Exchange
Step 1: Drop us a message on WhatsApp using the icon at the bottom left of our website, or email us at shraddha.librae@gmail.com with what you’d like instead.
Step 2: We’ll take it from there - pickup details, next steps, all sorted.
Received Something Off?
Wrong item? Defect? That’s on us.
Drop us a message on WhatsApp using the icon at the bottom left of our website within 24 hours of delivery, or email us at shraddha.librae@gmail.com with a video of the item.
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
If it’s sold out, we’ll make it right another way.
