Are Librae products made for all weather types?

Yes! We use soft, skin-friendly fabrics like modal that are gentle against the body.

Sizing & Fit

How do I pick the right size padding?

We offer sizes S to L which ranges from cup size A to E. Pick S (A-B cup), M (C-D cup) or L (DD-E cup), according to your cup size. If you are in between cup sizes, pick the bigger size for more coverage.

How do I find my clothes size?

Check our detailed size chart on each product page, which includes bust, waist, and hip measurements. Or go with your regular sizing as our sizing chart is according to is UK sizing.

Do the built-in pads provide enough coverage and support?

Yes! Our built-in pads are tear-shaped, crinkle-resistant, and designed to provide light-to-medium coverage and support. They work for all cup sizes and sit naturally against the body.

How can I track my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Exchanges

What is Librae’s exchange policy?

Librae offers exchanges only (no returns or refunds) within 3 days of delivery. You can swap for a different size, style, or color, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (₹150 fee applies).
If you receive a wrong or defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
